Stephen Curry hints at post-NBA plans

Warriors star Stephen Curry has dropped hints about his plans after he retires from the NBA. The three-point maestro was interviewed on “CBS This Morning,” where he promoted his new children’s book, “I am Extraordinary.” During his time on CBS, Curry was asked if he would make a run for the White House in the future and the NBA star responded with a “Maybe” while laughing.

He is using his voice to speak out about issues he cares about, which include politics. But politics can be messy. By taking a stance, Curry knows he might upset some fans, even if his intentions are good. He says, “That’s when I first realized, you’re not gonna please everybody.

I have an interest in leveraging every bit of my influence for good in a way that I can so if that is the way to do it. I am not going to say the presidency but if the politics are a way that can create meaningful change or if there are other ways outside of politics,” said Curry. When asked if fans could expect to see a contest in the 2028 presidential elections, the Dubs star said that “it was too soon.”
