But this is ultimately not the biggest problem, since it turns out that the franchise never found the culprit of the leak. Someone in the organization leaked the video to a media outlet (presumably for money), but the Warriors never knew who according to their former GM, Bob Myers.

Rather good news for this person, who was able to keep his job and pocket a nice sum of money for leaking the video. In JJ Redick’s podcast, Myers nevertheless specifies that the Warriors did what was necessary to find the culprit… without ever succeeding. The search was abandoned and it is believed that the identity of the person will remain a mystery forever.
