Stephen Curry was in total shock after Draymond Green’s latest ejection.
The Warriors found themselves in familiar territory on Wednesday night as Draymond Green once again earned himself an ejection after jawing with the ref. This time, though, Dray couldn’t last 5 minutes and Steph Curry was seen visibly shaken after the play.

GG Jackson On His Interaction With LeBron James: “Other Than Him Hitting Fadeaways?”
Dramatics aside, Curry looked extremely frustrated after the altercation and Steve Kerr could hardly contain himself on the sidelines as he watched in disbelief.
After the game, Curry didn’t admit if he was emotional or not but he did call on Green to do “whatever it takes” to stay on the floor.
“All I’ll say is we need him,” Curry said, via Anthony Slater. “He knows that. We all know that. So whatever it takes for him to be on the floor and available, that’s what’s gotta happen.”
Eventually, video surfaced of Green meeting Curry in the tunnel after the win — signaling that all is well in Golden State and nothing will change.
Green has hard a hard time keeping his cool on the court this season, even more so than usual. Tonight, he got kicked in just a few minutes of action and it was truly baffling. He’s already been suspended once this season for his reckless and dangerous plays, and now it seems he’s lost all semblance of self-control.
But even without Draymond, the Warriors were able to win the game and they let defense lead the way after holding the Magic to just 11 points in the first quarter. It was a rare flash of brilliance from Golden State and a much-needed win to quell the fire that rages all around them.
Between the Houston Rockets breathing down their neck for the final play-in spot and Draymond’s continued outbursts, the situation is volatile in Golden State at the moment and Curry seems well-aware of what’s at stake. With such a slim margin for error, any slip ups could cost them the season and nobody knows what will come after that. If his teammates (Draymond specifically) can’t get their act together, the entire dynasty could collapse and it will mark a sour end for the 4x champions.
But while the Warriors are hardly the team they used to be, Stephen Curry is still aiming to compete for titles and anything (or anyone) who gets in the way of that risks getting exiled for good.
Will Draymond Ever Leave The Warriors?
As one of the original members of the Warriors dynasty, Draymond Green has always embraced Golden State and it’s hard to imagine him playing for any other team.
Last summer, Green had a chance to leave the Warriors and join a team of his choosing but he was quick to re-sign and commit the rest of his prime to playing with Stephen Curry. Now, he’s content to spend the rest of his career there.
But if the Warriors lose in the play-in, or somehow fall below the 10th seed, Draymond might not have a choice but to sit back and watch everything unfold when his name gets included in trade rumors.
As a client of Klutch Sports, it’s well-known that Draymond has heavy connections to LeBron James, and partnering with him on the Lakers seems like a plausible outcome for his career.
If Draymond had it his way, he probably wouldn’t be traded at all, but when a team with such a historically high payroll is struggling this much, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets the blame.
Today, and even from incidents in years past, Draymond carries a lot of guilt and he’s not blameless for how it’s all fallen apart. Tonight, he showed his true colors once again and continues to validate the claims that he learned nothing from his suspension earlier this season. If he’s not careful, Green may find himself on bad terms with his teammates, coaches, and the entire Warriors organization itself.
