Shannon Sharpe’s partnership with Skip Bayless soon will be coming to a conclusion.

The looming departure of Shannon Sharpe from FS1’s Undisputed has sparked some interesting activity on Twitter from a ton of people across the globe, including former NFL players.

Former New Orleans Saints linebacker Junior Galette, who had past run-ins with Shannon Sharpe, took to Twitter and called the hall-of-fame tight end a racial slur in response to him being ousted from Fox Sports.

“Dumb ass House Nigga, now he’s getting cooked by same folks.”

For those unaware, the term ‘house nigga’ was a slave that worked predominantly indoors during US slavery and was trained with more skills than basic field hands or plantation negroes.

Last year, Galette filed a lawsuit against the NFL, Commissioner Roger Goodell, the NFL Players Association, the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas Raiders, Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Carolina Panthers, and Washington Commanders alleging he has been blackballed from the league.

He was said to be seeking $300 million in damages.

Galette said he has been blocked from rejoining the NFL “just like Colin Kaepernick and put on the blacklist by the NFL owners.”

Galette posted on Snapchat in 2018 “I swear to god I’m not playing for no slave deals I’ll die before I play for more slave deals” after he was offered a smaller contract by the Commanders than his white teammate and he alleges that since that post, he’s been unable to land a job for fair compensation.
