Recently, our team was fortunate enough to conduct an interview with Walton Goggins, Graham Wagner, and Geneva Robertson-Dworet. During the interview, Goggins shared insights into his approach to playing The Ghoul in the Fallout TV Series-

“You know, I think every actor is worth their weight in salt, just whenever you get good words, its easy to play pretend. And I read the first two scripts right out of the gate (pointing towards the producers) and it was so blown away emotionally, like the journey that I was being taken on and I laughed and I cried and I had to hold my breath-“

 

The actor revealed how it becomes easier to play a character if the cast is given good material to follow. Goggins through this statement indirectly emphasizes the importance of writing good scripts, something which the writers of the coming series have managed to pull off greatly.

Goggins also gave an account of his experience going over the script, revealing how he felt like he was on a journey of emotions that included smiles and tears.

He disclosed how he immediately accepted the cast offer from co-creator Jonathan Nolan without any knowledge of the video game franchise that the television series is being adapted from.
