He was charged with two counts of harassment and stalking after police responded to reports of an “emotionally disturbed male acting erratically”.

Security said he was asked to leave the area in New York ten times in the past two months.

On Wednesday, Crowe was granted supervised release by the New York County Criminal Court.

But hours later, he was rearrested and charged with four counts of criminal contempt after another emergency call over a “disorderly male” back at the scene.

The New York Police Department said: “Upon arrival, the male did leave the location and walk into the first precinct when he was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

“The following individual was charged with four counts of criminal contempt.”

Crowe, of Seattle, is due to next appear in court on March 3.

Ms Swift was contacted for comment.
